QuanShun Webbing New Factory Update: Second-Floor Rooftop Progress
The second-floor rooftop slab of the new QuanShun Webbing Co., Ltd. production building is now complete. As of November 6, 2026, construction crews have moved onto the finished slab and begun erecting column reinforcement and wall formwork for the level above, keeping the project on schedule.
Key Facts
- Date of update: November 6, 2026
- Completed: second-floor formwork, reinforcement, and rooftop concrete slab pour
- Current stage: column cages and wall formwork above the second-floor rooftop
- Status: on schedule
Evidence: Bracing the Second-Floor Pour
Before the slab could be poured, the production hall floor below was filled with adjustable shoring towers and formwork beams carrying the full weight of the wet concrete until it cured. The photograph below was taken by the on-site project team on November 6, 2026.

Along the perimeter, the second floor was wrapped in safety netting while formwork panels, plywood, and reinforcement steel coils were staged at the slab edge and lifted into position.

Rooftop Slab Complete
With the concrete cured, the second-floor rooftop now serves as a working platform. Crews are erecting the wall and column formwork that will shape the next level of the building; the finished slab, formwork edges, and staging areas are visible in the photo below.

Current Work Above the Rooftop
A crane now transfers formwork materials over the slab while ground teams prepare reinforcement for the columns rising out of it. Each column cage is tied and checked for spacing and alignment before the formwork closes around it — the same sequence used on the first floor, repeated one level higher.

Along the slab edges, wall formwork panels are already in place. Once these sections are poured, the building will take its final vertical silhouette for the first time.

Background and Implications
The new facility in Pinghu, Zhejiang, expands QuanShun Webbing's production capacity for outdoor furniture webbing, braided rope, and woven rugs. Each completed floor brings the company closer to installation of weaving lines, with expected benefits for OEM and full-container order lead times and for new product lines such as wider rugs and decorative webbing formats.
QuanShun Webbing will continue to publish dated photo updates as construction reaches each milestone. Site visits for sourcing partners can be arranged through the company's contact page once the upper levels are safe to access.
Update status: accurate as of November 6, 2026. The next scheduled milestone is the pour of the rooftop-level columns and walls.
